Room Rental Information

Receptions, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Rehearsal Dinners

1.  Full Service - $5.00 per person for 4 hours party time plus 1 hour before and after.

Includes:

Tables and chair set-up

Linen clothes on tables (decorations on tables if needed)

Soda, coffee, tea, and juice

Staff to supervise building while you are here (Bartender if needed)

Does not include food.  Does not include use of salad bar, heat table, ice for bar.  Does not include use of the kitchen.

We do all of the clean-up.

    If you order full service catering, we will discount 10% from food service bill.

2.  Basic Room - $3.00 per person for 4 hours party time plus 1 hour before and after.

Includes:

Table and chair set-up

Linen clothes on tables

One staff person

Does not include food, drinks, equipment, or clean-up.

3.  Economy Room - $50.00 per hour (including set-up and clean-up time)

Includes:

Table and chair set-up

One staff person

You provide linens or table coverings, decorations, food, drinks, and clean-up.

4.  Business Room - $1.00 per person ($35.00 min) 1- 1 1/2 hour time limit. 

Great for classes, seminars, and staff meetings. 

Does not include food or drinks.

5. Service Groups or Non-Profit Groups - may use the room for breakfast or lunch for $8.00 per person, or for Dinner for $10.00 per person.  Drinks and snacks are priced differently, so please inquire directly by clicking here.
